  I only have about 6000 sq feet but it usually needs mowing twice a week. Looking forward to the M28E launch!

  So you have cancelled your Kickstarter project......what a terrible attitude and shows such contempt for those who were prepared to back you😡😡

  so what's next....release them at full price now you know the level of interest....Fat Chance....

  Since they are no longer advertising on any site I have to assume they took the money and ran!  I do get a few technical responses from the Whatsapp but mostly passing off the issues to their tech engineers if they exist.  No progress for me in months and now looking at legal possibilities.     A call to the US Embassy may need to happen to get their input.  They no longer have any customer communciation, products updates and follow up on the additonal items I ordered back in 2023.

  I also have backed the project in 2023. Communication is terrible and still no mower received. I was tracing a lead through Aliexpress. I asked for 600 units (for all the backers of the Kickstarter program) and that seemed no problem. That is of course through China, so it is hard to follow the leads to the origin (Kowoll). So I have two different stories: Kowoll is not communicating but the last word was that they suffered some design issues. 

  On the other hand, from Aliexpress it didn't seem to be a problem at all. The lack of communication is the worst. Perhaps all the backers of the Kickstarter project should join together and seek legal help
